An intense 4-week sprint designed to help you prove market interest. We combine "Building days" with "Outreach days" to get real-world feedback. By the end of the month, you’ll have objective evidence to decide your next move. Pivot, Proceed, or Pause.
Traction
Turn your traction into a long-term growth!
For founders who have validated the problem and are ready to sell. This track is focused on GTM (Go-to-Market) strategies, peer-to-peer accountability, and expert coaching to help you close more deals and grow your revenue.

- Reality Check: We meet for intense working sessions every Tuesday & Thursday (15:00–17:00) for four weeks. (Get full access to Minc workspace during one month)
- Traction: This track is for founders who can make their business their high priority. Grow through a mix of expert deep-dives, structured peer coaching, and dedicated 1-on-1 support. The real work happens every day at the Minc workspace.
- We prioritize evidence over opinions. Expect a high-tempo environment where your progress is measured by real-world data and execution, not just business plans.
- We expect you to be curious. Get introduced to tools and people that give you leverage, allowing you to focus on what actually moves the needle.
- Join the community: You get full access to the Minc workspace. Proximity to other founders is your biggest shortcut. Use the house, join the coffee breaks, and lean on the community!

Who is this for?
Solo founders or teams with a scalable idea. Whether you’re just starting or already have a product and want to grow.
How much time do I need to invest?
Startups are hard work. For the Reality Check, expect an intense 4-week burst. For the Traction track, we expect you to set aside enough time to keep moving the needle, since progress is reviewed quarterly.
Do I need to be a developer to build a prototype?
No. For the early stages our tech coaches help you use AI and "Vibe-code" tools to build the simplest possible version to test your assumptions. It’s about functionality, not perfection.
What kind of "proof" do I need?
We look for real signals from the market. In B2B, that might be booked meetings or Letters of Intent (LOIs). In B2C, it could be waitlist signups or active user feedback. We value the hustle!
What happens after the first 4 weeks?
We review your data together. If you’ve proven there’s a market, we discuss in what ways Minc can support your long-term growth.
What if the data shows that my idea doesn't work?
In the startup world, that is a successful outcome. Saving months or years of work on a product the market doesn’t want is the ultimate "reality check." We value honesty and data, and we'll help you figure out your next move.
What is the cost?
The first 4-weeks are free. It’s a mutual trial period to see if your idea has legs and if there's a fit with the Minc ecosystem. For the Traction track, we raise the bar and charge a monthly fee of 1,650 SEK, but that also comes with increased access and additional perks.
Technology shouldn’t be something complex that requires a degree in computer science to understand. By lowering the threshold in tech, we offer a mindset that anything is possible to build – in no time, with zero budget and little to no prior experience.
