Minc is growing! The communications department at Malmö City's growth engine Minc is reinforced with Head of Marketing & Communications Sanna Lindberg, who previously held a role as Marketing Director at Devoteam. The recruitment follows MINC's new strategy to level up the business to contribute even better to Malmö's need for entrepreneurship, innovation, and growth.
Minc recently centralized the communications department to work more efficiently and reach out to new target groups about its offer as well as about the startup companies. Recruiting an experienced marketing and communications manager was identified as an essential piece of the puzzle to upgrade and broaden the communication efforts.
- As Minc is a small organization, we must work closer together to better use all our competencies. It also applies to how we communicate about Minc, why we have concentrated our resources. It is with great expectation that I look forward to taking Minc to new heights, not the least as part of the planned Startup District, says Sanna Lindberg, Head of Marketing & Communications at Minc.
In her last service, Sanna was responsible for all internal and external communication and led the brand change from Jayway to Devoteam. Before that, she had various roles in Cybercom's marketing department and at a couple of agencies focussing on digital marketing. Aside from that, Sanna is a certified Scrum Master and has read marketing and business economics at Linnaeus University. She joined Minc on May 22.
- Malmö is a city with enormous potential, and we need to be even better at taking advantage of the creativity and entrepreneurial power among Malmö residents who do not already know us. As the world shrinks, we also broaden our approach and work more with regional and international collaborations, which requires a different type of communication. Sanna will make a big difference for both Minc and our startups, says Daniel Persson, CEO of Minc.
