Meet Minc: Guess who's back!

Guess who's back! Beloved Business Coach that guided many of our current companies and Alumnis through their startup journeys. He doesn't like to brag about himself but does appreciate when people leave him treats on his desk. He left us for a year, but now he is back. This is Jonas Jönsson!

For the ones who don't know you yet, who is Jonas, and what is it that you do at Minc?
I´m a positive guy who since the beginning of November works as a business coach in the incubator.

I´ve been working with helping entrepreneurs and startups to develop for the last 15 years. In different organizations and in different roles. It stretches from running a student incubator at Lund University to develop innovations from the health care sector to fund startups with early public financing. But most importantly, I´ve been working as a business coach before at the Minc incubator, so I know very well how much I appreciate working here. The thing I like the most is to work with people, to help them and to see them grow. So it´s maybe not so strange that I also do life coaching when I´m not at Minc.

What's new since last time at Minc?
I now know even more how much I like Minc, I´ve missed the buzz in the house and all the exciting people and companies.

What's the best thing about coaching?
To be able to follow, and to contribute, to people's development. It´s amazing!

What does "a great entrepreneur" mean to you?
A person who learns from both success and failure and does it even better the next time.

Do you have any guilty pleasures?
I love when people in the house put their sweet leftovers from their meetings on my desk, especially cardamom buns 😉

What's the best thing about Minc?
Easy answer, it´s the diverse people filling up the house that is the thing!
