- Who is this for? Anyone and everyone. Regardless of your physical condition and your current zenness, yoga has plenty to offer. All people in-house welcome!
- What do I need? Comfy clothes and a yoga mat. Possibly an open mind.
- What kind of yoga? Combination of stretching, meditation and breathing exercises - everyone can join. No risk of sweating!
