Welcome to a guest Yoga session on Friday, October 27 from 11.00 - 12.00, as close to your workplace as it gets.Come to breath and give your muscles some tender loving care. Ted will be your yoga instructor! He has been hosting this class for our friends at The Ground and now he's bringing it to us at Minc to also enjoy it! The class will be held in English.
- Who is this for? Anyone and everyone. Regardless of your physical condition and your current zenness, yoga has plenty to offer. All people in-house welcome!
- What do I need? Comfy clothes and a yoga mat. Possibly an open mind.
- What kind of yoga? Hatha. Meaning we’ll both keep certain positions for multiple breaths and move through some flows one pose at a time. No previous experience required.
