In collaboration with Minc, Fast Track Malmö and Sony Seed Acceleration Program, we are glad to host our first Trello event at Minc. Alexia Ohannessian, International Marketing Lead, will share Trello’s amazing story from startup to acquisition and beyond.
In 2011, Trello started out as a small team all based in one office in New York City. Since then, they have become approximately 65% remote, with team members all over the world.
Alexia will share key learnings from managing remote teams and some golden rules to help you achieve remote work success. Being responsible for the international expansion at Trello, she will also share the learnings from launching a product in 21 languages and managing the international marketing efforts. We'll also include some favorite Trello tips, boards and workflows.
Trello users and startups will also share their own use cases followed by an open Q&A with the audience.
