The Minc Incubator team is looking for a startup analyst
We're looking for a project based startup analyst to join our team and work alongside the coaches and the startups in the Minc Incubator. It's an important position - you'll be part of our warm and dedicated incubator team where we help support startups grow and thrive. As our colleague, your work will include supporting the team with market research and process improvement, but also help us with the innovative deal flow into the incubator.
The position is a 1 year project based role with potential to be extended.
WHO YOU ARE
As a startup analyst you work alongside the incubator business coaches, helping out with research, due diligence and analysing and evaluating startup cases both for the Minc incubator, but also as part of the due diligence process in relation to our angel-led investment fund Fast Track Capital II.
You will also be part of team discussions about the progress of the startups, and support the team with improving the business development evaluation framework for the incubator. This involves taking a part in process improvement, monitoring and continuously evaluating the incubator companies and their progress.
You will also help the team in taking part with the scouting and evaluating promising startups in the Skåne region, along with helping the incubator team maintaining our position as one of the best incubator programs in Scandinavia!
You have a curiosity about the startup world, innovation and new technology and you feel at ease with numbers and data, and have an ability to manage and get on with people from all walks of life.
As part of this role, you may take a part in the business development of a few relevant startups. This is a great opportunity to learn and possibly grow into the role of a startup business coach.

ABOUT MINC INCUBATOR
Established in 2002, Minc Incubator was one of the first startup incubators in Scandinavia. More than 200 startups have passed through our program since the start - two of which have been sold to Apple. Over the years, we’ve worked with companies from a multitude of sectors, ranging from fintech, to edtech and medtech. We have a broad international network of investors and a close collaboration with the universities in Malmö and Lund as well as other startup organisations in Sweden. Financing is an important part of our offering and each startup that takes part in our programs has the chance to receive an early investment from our business angel fund, Fast Track Capital.
